Hedrehely
The village is found on the southern slopes of Zselic, 33 km from Kaposvár. It is an incorporation of tranquility, closeness of the nature and the clean air. It bore the rank of a populous marketplace which is nowadays manifested just in a few buildings: the monumentuos Calvinist church and the belltower-shape school entrance. The slender and white belltower of the church attracts the traveller’s sight to the hill situated opposite as he passes the village border. The village centre can be easily reached on foot up the stairs or on road with a little detour. On the main street of Hedrehely, opposite the local council you can find the building of the former Csokonai Vitéz Mihály Primary School. Its shape is an unusual one, the belltower is aspiring high above the entrance, in the yard there are giant trees standing.
